Welcome to our school blog dealing with Sherman Alexie’s “The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian”!
This class project by the 10b at Kant-Gymnasium Weil am Rhein is almost finished and already contains many interesting insights about the novel. From now on, you will be able to catch up on all the important information concerning the novel, read thrilling interpretations and creative texts written by authentic young artists and comment on your own reading experiences with “The Absolutely True Diary”!

As a good example of our students’ creativity we recommend reading this amazing dialogue by kantschueler15:

Feel free to contribute and comment, as our students are eager to hear and learn from you!

“I grabbed my book and opened it up. I wanted to smell it. Heck, I wanted to kiss it. Yes, kiss it. That’s right, I am a book kisser. Maybe that’s kind of perverted or maybe it’s just romantic and highly intelligent.”

I really enjoyed reading your blog. I think it is well structured, neatly presented and seems to have fostered students’ writing processes a lot.
It will also help me personally for my own blog project on sustainability/environment with an EF class.

As I’m going to write my M.Ed. thesis about weblogs in English language teaching, I would like to ask a few questions. Is that possible?

    Thanks a lot
